Welcome to Bishopton PRU
We believe in:
‘Transforming lives and achieving success’
The School provides education programmes for pupils of primary andsecondary school age (5 – 16) who are at risk of exclusion or who have been permanently excluded and are unable to be transferred to another school.
At key stage 2 we work with other primary schools offering a short-term placement, with intention to return to a partnership school.
At Key Stage 3 we work predominantly in partnership with schools offering short-term behaviour intervention courses.
At key stage 4 we predominantly work as an Educated Other Than At School, offering provision in line with the 14 – 19 white paper.
At Redhill key stage 3 and 4 we predominantly work with anxious/phobic and home and hospital pupils, the duration of placements are based on the the individual needs of each pupil.
Monday 2nd October is a School PD Day, pupils will be picked up at their normal time on Tuesday 3rd October.
If you love to be challenged and strive for the best, then check out our current vacancies.
On Friday 14th July we will be showing our support by fundraising in memory of 'Bradley Lowery'. Our plan is for all staff and pupils to wear a football top, all we ask is for a minimum donation of £1 for this fantastic cause. Thank you so much for your support,...
